Welcome to Digi Sutra 360 Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”). By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you (“Client”, “You”, or “Your”) agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Company Information
Digi Sutra 360 Pvt. Ltd. is a digital marketing agency headquartered in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, India, offering services including but not limited to SEO, SMO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Website Development, Branding, and Creative Design.
2. Services
We provide marketing and related services as per mutually agreed scope of work, proposals, or contracts. Services may include digital strategy, execution, analytics, and reporting.
3. Payments & Refund Policy
- Clients must pay 60% advance before the commencement of services.
- The remaining 40% must be paid before project delivery or as per agreed timelines.
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Refunds are considered only in cases where:
1. The Company has failed to initiate agreed services within 30 business days.
2. Duplicate or erroneous payments have been made.
- Ad budgets (Google/Meta Ads etc.) paid directly by the client are non-refundable.
4. Client Obligations
Clients must provide accurate business information, timely approvals, and required access (e.g., ad accounts, website, analytics, brand assets). Delays caused due to non-cooperation will not be the responsibility of the Company.
5. Company Obligations
We commit to delivering agreed services professionally, maintaining confidentiality, and sharing reports/updates. However, results may vary depending on market, platform, and third-party algorithms.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
- Digi Sutra 360 provides marketing services only and does not guarantee specific revenue, sales, or customer outcomes.
- We are not liable for losses due to third-party tools, platform changes, or client-side execution delays.
7. Termination Policy
- Either party may terminate services with a 15-day written notice.
- Payments made for services already delivered are non-refundable.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
